Plimloc Hardware Design Premise
Stone is durable, weather resistant, long lasting building material;
Pavers and tiles are an ideal source of prefabricated stone that have not been fully utilised as a source of building material.
For all the benefits of stone the down side is that the it is brittle and problematic with conventional mechanical methods of joining.
Plimloc joint hardware has been designed specifically for joining pavers. A threaded bolt acts as a screw jack/spindle, pressing against the surface to hold the paver firmly within the joint hardware.
